As much as I love Jersey bagels, Jersey Italian food, Jersey Chinese food, Jersey sushi, Jersey subs, Jersey diners (pork roll, egg and cheese), knowing where the empty beaches are, farm veggie and fruit stands along the road, Ice cream parlors (not gelato), and last, but not least fucking great DIM SUM… In three weeks, I can’t wait to give it up for a beautiful view of Prague outside my window, time with my beau, and feeling whole again.
